Autism Community Connection is the largest autism Yahoo group in Illinois. Join our group to receive updates for
upcoming area autism workshops and community events in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake and Will counties.
Our group is comprised of more than 600 families with children, teens and adults on the autism spectrum, area
educators and autism professionals. We encourage you to post your questions to the group. All ASD families will find

Autism Community Connection created IPADD to discuss the needs of parents of adults with developmental
disabilities. The purpose of the group is to connect parents throughout Illinois who are working toward creative
solutions to the issues we all face with our kids with developmental disabilities: employment, volunteering or other
day programming, housing, finding and funding personal supports for our kids throughout their days, transportation,
etc. All of us have talents and know how; the idea is let's use this group as a venue to pool our knowledge,
connections, ideas and resources.
